Buying in Bulk
We offer our customers the opportunity to purchase products either in 3kg+ cuts of beef, whole lambs or cartons of chicken pieces. By minimising our handling costs we pass on the savings to our customers.
Smaller Cuts
The Beef Sheds experienced butchers prepare high quality choice cuts of meat. Meat is freshly and expertly butchered each day, and you are welcome to request a certain size or cut so it’s just right for cooking dinner tonight or vac-packed to take away for later use.
Just ask and, if you need, we can also advise you on how to cook it.
Nose to Tail
Nose-to-tail eating is an approach to consuming meat that sees us enjoy as much of the animal as possible—organ meats, fat, unpopular and uncommon cuts. Nose to tail celebrates everything the animal gave up in order to provide us with food and the resources that went into its production. It helps reduce waste, shows respect for the animal and the farmer. It’s a more sustainable and ethical way of farming, shopping and consuming.
